Days 1-5 - x5 days training and mentoring with Kexx (1 hour group training per day with 3 hours in break out work groups per day additional 3 hours quite work time per day, optional) Work is focused around CIC development from planning grant projects to extra income and content creation.

x1 experts led content creation day- TikTok workshops & Youtube workshop. Optional add on CIC/Personal branding photography shoot. You will receive 10+ images and 3 reel video as part of your package available to buy for £100.
Options for team building excursions not included in the price options for; waterfall visits, boat trips, Sunday Church service or an island day.
Flights are not included. Based on BA flights LGW straight through to SJO currently this is £750 ish including cabin bag.
No food included. Wellcome meal on first night is £35ph. The resort is in a great street with many restaurants and supermarkets with fresh good food. Budget for £30-£50 spending money per day if eating out £20 if eating in. This can be claimed on your tax as a daily subsidiary.
This whole trip can be put through your business expenses.

Our CIC Tribe founder Kexx is based in Cornwall, which makes this UK retreat a super easy way to spend time connecting in person. This short 2 days of training is an intensive small group of 5+ Kexx experience. Porthleven is a stunning Cornish village with options for some wonderful restaurant group meals and pasty lunches on the beach! You can even grab a kayak or paddle board for an hour or sit on the harbour with a drink. Networking and talking to our group members is a big part of the experience. You will be inspired and leave full of ideas and clarity for your CIC.

Includes private room accommodation for 3 nights in an Air BnB in Porthleven accommodating 5 people. Bathrooms are shared.

You can fly to Newquay airport. A taxi is approx 50 min £120. There is free parking and free pick up from Camborne Train station.
